Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for purchases made through Frostrik. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Digital products
All Frostrik products are digital goods delivered instantly and electronically. Because access, keys, or downloads are made available immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or the license/key has been revealed.
2. When you may be eligible for a refund
We want every customer to receive working software. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product is non-functional and our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- You were charged for an order that was never delivered to you.
3. When refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after the product was delivered.
- The product was detected, banned, or stopped working due to a third-party update, your own misuse, or factors outside our control.
- You did not read the product description, requirements, or compatibility information before purchasing.
- The license or key has already been viewed, redeemed, or used.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund or replacement, open a support ticket in our Discord server within 48 hours of your purchase. Please include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review each request individually and respond as quickly as possible.
5. Chargebacks
If you experience a payment problem, please contact us first — we are here to help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may result in the suspension of your account and access to any purchased products.
